FA 8000
Bag Packaging Machine
reduces production costs for high-volume use, while offers versatility for smaller fill weights. Uses roll stock paper to first produce a block-bottom bag, then fills and settles this into a brick pack. Secondly, for small volume SKUs the machine has the ability to take pre-made bags from a bag magazine.
Application up to 2,5Kg, typycal products: tea, flour & baking mixes, sugar, other food products.

Small Bag Packaging Machine
fills the products precisely, the bags are closed and folded to form a tight seal and well formed brick block, allowing the bag to be stacked, without losing its shape.

has been designed to allow the packaging of difficult-to-handle dry bulk products into rectangular bags made from roll stock material by an integral bag maker.

FA 118
Bag Packaging Machine
follows the principles of fixed-cycle operation using servo-motors to implement the way in which the machine runs.
Bags are fed in either from a magazine or from a bag making unit, they are then filled, transported, shaped, compacted and closed in a circulating transport system. Quickly exchangeable format parts make bag size change-over a matter of minutes.

FA 235
Bag Packaging Machine
has been designed to create brick-type, well de-aerated bags in the 5 kg to 15 kg weight range, at high output rates.
The packer processes pre-made bags from a magazine, typically single-ply or multiply block-bottom bags.
With optional equipment it can also take open-mouth gusseted bags with stitched bottom or rolled bottom as well as multi-ply pinch-bottom and pinch top bags from the magazine, open and fill them in one to three stations.

FA 438
Bag Packaging Machine
Over 40 years of experience and innovative technology are embodied in the FA 438 which provides the ideal solution for the packing of pet foods. The principle of continuous operation is made possible with the help of servo technology.
The bags, clamped at the top, are filled through synchronised hoppers.
Bag transport is done by bottom and side belts, moving in unison. This mode of operation guarantees precise closure of the bags.

a flexible and high-speed machine for flours and flour mixes.
The machine operates with pre-made bags delivered from a freely adjustable bag magazine and is equipped with 12 continually operating filling hoppers.
Thorough product densification and dust-tight closing of the packages are the principal features of the machine, and in turn this guarantees neat palletisation of the finished
packages.
