UVAFLEX® YL-4G10030FCM – Blue fluorescent FCM lacquer

On request of a large pharmaceutical company, we developed YL-4G10030FCM, a blue fluorescent gloss lacquer that is suitable for FCM applications.

The varnish is transparent under daylight or artificial light, only under UV light does it appear blue fluorescent.

It is used, for example, to print invisible markings for security applications or as copy protection. Invisible control marks for automation control can also be realized.

The coating is processed with a flexo or coating unit and is suitable for foils and coated papers. Thanks to its very good sliding properties, the surface has high mechanical resistance. Please note that the varnish should be stirred very thoroughly before starting printing, as the fluorescent pigments contained in the varnish tend to settle.
