At Labelexpo Europe 2019, Zeller+Gmelin presented the new UVALUX® LED U581 FCM, the first FCM LED process colours for sheet-fed and web offset printing. The new series combines the advantage of low heat input to the substrate through LED technology with high migration resistance and excellent drying of the well-known standard UV applications. The ink series is suitable for LED systems in the wavelength ranges 385 and 395 nm.

Perfect Performance

The performance of the UVALUX® LED U581 FCM has been proven in various press tests, including at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, KBA, MAN Roland and Komori, as well as with end customers. Homogeneous press behaviour, a large water window, very good flow properties and excellent printability are the outstanding features of the new LED ink series.
