We warmly invite our customers to the technology demonstration at ILLIG’s headquarters in Heilbronn, taking place from October 6–8, 2026. The event will showcase ILLIG’s latest packaging and thermoforming solutions, with the technologies demonstrated in live production.

October 6 – Dry Fiber and Packaging Solutions

New: ILLIG Dry Fiber Systems

One of the highlights of the event will be the first live demonstration of the ILLIG DFM 100. The system produces packaging from dry natural fibers on an industrial scale. Its patent-pending forming technology enables drawing depths of up to 120 mm.

Visitors will gain insight into the complete Dry Fiber technology, from raw materials and forming technology through to finished packaging solutions.

Automated Thermoforming

ILLIG will also present its latest end-of-line automation solution. The RDM 76Kb thermoforming system will be demonstrated in live production together with the new BFU 500 Box-Filling Unit.

The integrated solution enables automated box packing at speeds of up to 108,000 cups per hour, reducing the need for manual intervention. The RDM 76Kb and RDM 73K systems will also demonstrate fast format changes and flexible packaging of different products.

The event also provides an opportunity to meet with ILLIG specialists, development partners and material suppliers.
